Quite a surprise to see such a neat and clean well run and maintained property. The lavish breakfast was another 5 star and the smooth check in and check out was another plus point. The staff at all places front desk, restaurant and help was great kindly stay for a great experience, by the way this was my first Stay and direct check in will be back again.

Staff is very courteous.. amazing hospitality.. there is always a personal touch to each request you place.. Each staff with a smiling face with positivity… breakfast spread is nice and taste of food too get 10/10.. overall it’s a miss if you stay somewhere else in Dun. Keep it up guys 😇

Everything is very good and service too is prompt. Breakfast served was very nice and tasty. Maybe the younger staff can be trained a bit more for the promptness but otherwise an excellent stay.

The service food and staff were excellent and very helpful. The rooms were well appointed and very cosy. We really enjoyed the stay here. The only problem was that there was a very bad smell in the bathroom which did not go away even after cleaning. (Room 109). Please take care of it.

Great hotel! It’s always our choice when we come to dehradun for a short visit, looks like a five star by the way they maintain it and the staff is the most friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious , specially thanking Chef Ramesh, had one of my best waffles here. Thank you Aketa for always making our stay soo wonderful and memorable!
