Guests* enrolling for the loyalty programme are allotted an id number. Monthly mailers are sents to all informing about the bonus points they have earned since their last visit and the balance sum. Guests earn 50 reward points on every one thousand rupees they spend on visit. Reward points can be redeemed upon subsequent visits by converting points into rupees, against food bills or purchases from the hotel's curio shop.
